R.I.P Nancy - 2000 ~ 2005
One of my zebra finches died in their sleep last night :(
She hasn't been right for weeks, she was always sleeping and last night she wouldn't go on the perch so we left her at the bottom of the cage.
So I uncovered the cage this morning and found her dead so I've covered her up in kitchen towel and left her for my brother to deal with when he gets in from work.
We are gonna get another one to replace her as we also have a male one called Sid, hope that he takes to a new bird as Sid & Nancy were brother & sister.
Sorry for the morbid news, I was in tears this morning...
